These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the JoinListy mobile application (“App”), available on Android and iOS platforms, operated by Mobapp Pixel SRL (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using JoinListy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App.
- By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
2. Account Registration
- To access certain features, you must create an account using an email and password or Google Sign-In.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. User Responsibilities
By using JoinListy, you agree that you will not:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Upload or share content that is offensive, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality, security, or networks.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App or its components without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content
- You may create tasks, grocery items, images, and shared lists (“Content”).
- You retain ownership of your Content but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to provide App functionality.
- You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the Content you share.
5. Intellectual Property
- All rights to JoinListy, including its software, design, trademarks, and logos, belong to Mobapp Pixel SRL.
- You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, and AdMob. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Advertising
JoinListy may display banner ads using Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your settings and local regulations.
8. Subscription or Fees
(Currently, JoinListy is free to use. If premium features or subscriptions are introduced, separate terms and pricing will apply.)
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobapp Pixel SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to JoinListy at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be communicated via in-app notifications and the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance.
