These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Recipe Organizer & Meal Planner mobile application (“App”), available on Android and iOS platforms, operated by Mobapp Pixel SRL (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App.
By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Account Registration

To access core features, you must create an account using Email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Upload or share content that is offensive, obscene, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality, security, or networks.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

You may create, upload, and share recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, preferences, and related content (“Content”).
You retain ownership of your Content but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to provide App functionality.
If you choose to make recipes public, they may appear in the App’s news feed and be visible to other users.
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your Content.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including software, design, trademarks, and logos, belong to Mobapp Pixel SRL.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including:

  • Firebase (authentication, database, storage)
  • Google Sign-In & Apple Sign-In (account login)
  • AdMob (advertising)
  • RevenueCat / in-app purchases (subscriptions)

Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Advertising

Free users may see banner ads, interstitial ads, or rewarded ads via Google AdMob.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your settings and local regulations.

8. Subscriptions & Fees

Some features are only available through premium subscriptions (e.g., drag-and-drop meal planning, nutritional breakdown, grocery export, ad-free use).
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play Store under their payment policies.
Prices and terms will be displayed before purchase.
All payments are managed by the respective app store and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Mobapp Pixel SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Romania.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be communicated via in-app notifications and the “Last Updated” date above.
Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance.
